At the moment, we only ship to USA and there is a shipment fee for delivery. Your orders will be processed and typically shipped within 3 business days by DHL Express. You will be promptly notified of your Air Waybill number by email.
Shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days (Air Freight Express) depending on location and customs clearance. Therefore, you should receive your shipment in just about 7 working days or less.
Typically there is no tax levied by US customs on our educational puzzle, though any tax incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that our shipper, DHL Express is committed to providing the best delivery network, which includes coverage to remote areas across the world (typcially only 2% of all DHL's worldwide shipment). In the highly unlikely event that your shipping destination belongs to these remote areas, we shall get in touch with you again and request for your authorization to make additional payment (as levied by DHL Express) to process the shipment.
